Subscriptions & Refunds · last updated 19 September 2026
Most of Alap is free. This page explains what is not, and what happens to your money.
Creating a profile, writing prompt answers, browsing, matching and conversation are free. You do not need to pay to use Alap for what it is for.
Some actions beyond a daily allowance are paid. You get a number of them free each day, and can earn more before any payment is involved.
State the exact plans, the price of each in INR, and what each includes. These must match the products configured in Google Play Billing exactly, or the listing is rejected.
Cancel at any time from Google Play → Subscriptions, or on the web at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep what you have paid for until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Deleting your Alap account does not cancel a Google subscription. They are separate systems and we cannot cancel it on your behalf. Cancel in Google Play first, then delete your account — otherwise billing continues for a product you can no longer use.
Because billing runs through Google Play, refunds follow Google's refund policy and are requested through Google rather than through us. Google generally allows a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
If something went wrong on our side — you were charged for something you did not receive, or a feature did not work — write to info@unitedsolutionsplus.in. We will look into it and support your request to Google where it is justified.
Confirm this wording against Google Play's current refund policy and Indian consumer law before publishing.
If we remove your account for breaking the Terms of Use — for harming another member, for example — unused paid time is not refunded.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers are told before a change takes effect, and can cancel before it does.
